I installed .250 and now all my messages, apps and CONTACTS are all gone!!! What happened?! How can I get them back??! My phone is essentially blank like I just took it out of the box.

When you installed it, did you remember to check off the boxes to backup and then restore your data?

I hope you had a backup... Sorry

Did the upgrade stop at some point? Look for any files with an extension of IPD on your hard drive. That is the backup that is taken at the first step.
