Default LCD problem

So I recently dropped my phone in water, and I took apart the phone and dried it. Turned it on today and it was working.

Now the screen is losing color and going white. What should I do?

How long did you leave it to dry? I woulda have waited at least 3-4 days before powering it on again

a couple of days is like what 2-3? I would check the connector for the lcd take it apart clean it with some contact cleaner and see if there is no corrosion on the plug, if water got into the lcd itself it may just be going bad, you should be able to purchase a replacement lcd for it if thats the case
