Default Which 8900 looks better? (T-mobile vs. At&t)

Please Login to Remove!

I noticed some minor differences between the two Curve 8900s that each carriers sells. First, the keyboards are different in their superficial looks - The At&t 8900 has a keyboard that resembles the 83xx more than the T-mobile 8900. And correct me if i'm wrong, but the At&t has a black battery door, which looks better than the "titanium" of T-mobile's. Overall I think the At&t one looks better.

Wirelessly posted (MY 8900)

I prefer the tmo one. It looks newer and more "hi-techy"

Yes but the at&t dialing keypad is easier to see.

I'm writing this from the AT&T 8900 and I love the look of it. The back door does attract fingerprints but it doesn't bother me.

I carry the T-Mobile build but sell the AT&T build. The T-Mobile build looks better. (I hate the AT&T build's keypad.) However, scratches on the back of the T-Mobile ones show SO much more than identical scratches on the AT&T ones.

Battery door doesn't matter to me. However the tmo keypad I do not like. I red characters seems out of place. I prefere the att its more like the 83xx series

Here's another vote for the AT&T keypad. Also, isn't the T-Mo trim more like a nickel color versus the bright chrome of the AT&T version? Maybe my eyes are playing tricks on me but I did prefer the more muted T-Mo version.

That's an app. AT&T-branded TeleNav for $9.99 a month w/ 30-day free trial.

If she's coming off a Behold, wouldn't a Storm or Bold have been a better option?

thats what i didnt like about my 8320, is that the keyboard took away from the flow of the device. i know where the number keys are. there is no reason why it needs to be needlessly pointed out

your 2nd link brings up virus/malware warning in my kaspersky.

I agree, T-Mo looks better, but you can probably swap the keyboard for $10 later on if you want to.

I prefer the TMo but I also just recently changed out the bezel to black since the chrome was getting so scratched up from normal wear. It looks pretty sweet in all black with the red number keys. Just my opinion.

My wife has the T-Mo version and I have the ATT apart from the red keys on the keyboard of the T-mo same S. I love the form factor
