Errors on Media Card?
Please Login to Remove!
What's up?
Out of nowhere, I have been getting a warning message on my phone that reads:
A Media Cardhas been inserted that contains errors. To correct the errors please a disk error-checking utility on a computer.
Can anyone please tell me how this happened and how I can correct these "errors"?
Thanks oin advance for your help.

I think I fixed it myself.
I found this on google:
Move all data from the media card to your desktop or another location. (This can be done using Mass Storage Mode and BlackBerry Desktop Manager.)
Disconnect/eject the BlackBerry from the computer.
Select Settings>Options from the BlackBerry menu.
Select Media
Push the menu button (just left of the navigation ball) while viewing the Media Card screen.
Select Format Card.
Answer Yes to format the media card. (If you’re not okay with losing all data on the card, go back to step 1 and start again.)
Move your data back to the card once the formatting finishes.
When that's finished, you'll have to let the camera know where to store your pictures again (device or memory card)

Wirelessly posted
I would suggest that you try to backup the data, use the device and format the sd card and the copy back the data. If that doesn't fix it, then it could mean you have a defective sd card.

The directions I posted above are for reformatting the SD Card.
