Default Can I return a defected 8900 from another carrier?

I bought an tmobile 8900 on ebay to use on ATT. Now the speaker seems to be defected. It is also unlocked. Can return this under warranty even though I dont have a tmobile account?

Wirelessly posted (Its All About the U!)

You have to deal with your seller.

lol, don't you even remotely think that TMobile will have a record of the sale (or no record of the sale)? Plus, you are not Tmobile's customer. No, they won't

Besides, what would you attempt to defraud AT&T or TMobile so say about your character?

I just read your other thread:
8900 external speaker failure, any suggestions

You dropped the device and you replaced the bezel. Now you're wanting "new device" warranty replacement.

One word: dishonest.

No and no. You would have to provide proof that you bought it for full price from an authorized TMO dealer. ebay won't cut it.

They have records of the serial numbers and who bought them. If yours isnt listed under your name forget it. Actually you should be ashamed for even thinking it much less posting it. Future reference.....Keep dishonest thoughts to yourself.
