I bought an tmobile 8900 on ebay to use on ATT. Now the speaker seems to be defected. It is also unlocked. Can return this under warranty even though I dont have a tmobile account?

No and no. You would have to provide proof that you bought it for full price from an authorized TMO dealer. ebay won't cut it.

They have records of the serial numbers and who bought them. If yours isnt listed under your name forget it. Actually you should be ashamed for even thinking it much less posting it. Future reference.....Keep dishonest thoughts to yourself.
