Default Info on reminders, snooze, missed appointments, etc

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all,
as per another post, I am considering moving from a Nokia to a Blackberry curve 9600, and have some questions on calendars and alarms.

When I set up an alarm, be it for an appointment, a task or else, do I have the option to snooze and be reminded again after a given period of time? Can I view the missed appointments, tasks etc, the way I would do in Outlook (view -> Reminders window)?

Alternatively, is there a 3rd party software which would do the trick?

Thanks!

I'm sorry, I made some confusion: I did mean the 8900.
By the way, do you know if the 8900 or any other model can do what I'm looking for?

Thanks

Okies.
I have a feeling that no, they cannot be snoozed and no there isnt a reminders view.
I'll try it out on my bold and see what happens.

So, i put in a new appointment with a reminder in 5 mins.
it popped up at 5 mins to go and said OPEN or DISMISS.
having DISMISSED it there was no other reminder and the appoinment came at 2pm and went unnoticed. I.e. there was no other reminder.

There is no reminder window for missed appoinments.

Sounds like it's not any better than Nokias in this respect, then.
Thanks a lot for your help!
