Right, i have a serious problem that i need to sort out! here is what happened:
1) blackberry manager was auto-updating my blackberry, me being stupid closed the laptop lid half way thru and ended up with a blackberry with all apps missing and as if it was the first time i started it up ever (fresh install, lost everything)
2) thankfully i had a back-up from a few days ago, so i was going to just restore it. But again probably not a smart idea i decided seeing as the OS was screwed to reload it with the latest one...this one:
(cant post the URL, at the top of the 8900 forum. OS 4.6.1.378)
3) Os install was great, reloaded my back-up and got all my bits and bob back. But now i have NO DATA PLAN?
I cant get any application to get on the internet (facebook/flickr/myspace/msn) nor can i get on the internet unless im in a wifi-hotspot (but only the browser works in a hotspot)! before i could get online as long as i had any sort of gsm/uma signal...
can anyone help please? i guess the OS i have installed isnt compatible with Orange UK's data plan?
Any help would help a lot :( sorry if its confusing to read, im not the smartest ha!
Go to Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table > Register Now.
