Skyfire is supposed to be out later this summer. This browser will give flash capability. Sooner the better!

There is at least one mobile device that has it:

Adobe and HTC Bring Flash Platform to Android

I've heard that they're working with Nokia and Palm to get Flash on some of those devices as well.
