Hey guys I'm new to the forums, but I have a very urgent question that I wish someone could answer.

I have a curve working on edge and my friend has a bold on 3G. We can both send files to all other contacts on bbm except to each other.

When I send a file it says sent, but my friend receives nothing. When he sends a file the bold says that it is waiting for me to accept, although on my curve nothing comes upm

We use different carriers.

Has anyone got a clue what might be the problem?

Have tried restarting both phones and deleteting and readding contact on both phones.

Are either of you activated on a BES?

If you are on BES (at least one of you) then you have to ask your BES admin to rectify the peer-to-peer key on the BES server.

Neither of us are on BES although I think I might be, because in my country I had to activate the service by txting the call server with “bes+“

But why would this be a problem? I can send and receive from other contacts who have bold and curve and my friend can do the same also.

Hey guys, I got an update on the matter!

All of a sudden I can now send images but can not receive from that cobtact.

Works fine for all other contacts! Any help?

Yet another update! I c*n receive voice notes! But wjen file is sent bold says waiting to accept and curve does not show anything!!
