Unhappy intellisync unknown error #$^@#^@$#%

Please Login to Remove!

Hi everyone,

I would really appreciate some help with this sync error. I have been uninstalling and reinstalling the software for hours to no avail. I have a 8900 crackberry and I am using a brand new hp with vista 64. I have read on here about a couple of fixes to this issue but when i searched the forum I wasn't able to find their authors. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks ahead of time,
Nat

Anywhere during those uninstall/reinstalls did you REBOOT the pc?
Im running Vista 64 bit and have no problem installing desktop manager 5 Or 4.7 for that matter.

Intellisync error usual occurs when syncing.

Uninstall desktop manager.
REBOOT PC.
reinstall desktop manager
REBOOT PC

then try to load.
make sure the sync settings you want are correct and try again.
