Anyone can help me with this?

I deleted some themes that requires rebooting after deleting. But after it reboots, some warning came up. it's java something, i just ok-ed it. And then first thing I noticed was that a lot of the apps were missing.
Yahoo messenger, MSN, blackberry messenger, facebook, all my emails. browser and messages can only be accessed through the shortcut thingie (the one if you press the bb icon for some time).

Is there anyway to get them back up? I tried changing the themes but it is all the same. I checked on the Apps in Options, all the apps are still there. But when someone tried to message me using bb messenger, a warning like 'unexpected application, rim missing' came up -_-

Agree. Try pulling the battery for about 30 seconds while the device is powered on.
