How can I get the BB Messenger 5.0? Do I have to install the OS 5.0 or is there a download for the BB Messenger 5.0 only?

There is a download for BB messenger 5 only, but its also a beta just like OS 5
many people are downgrading because bb messenger 5 still has some bugs.

it is still lerking around out there, i been downloading it off the same site for weeks now and i havent seen any problems yet with it other than when i go in and out of coverage it sometimes doesnt send a msg or 2

Default Blackberry Messenger

Guys i have a quick question about my bbm
basically i'm on a O2 network using a 8900 curve- have a bb plan but cannot get on my bbm via a wifi network - how does it work do i have to change the settings?
i'm currently in IRAN where bb features are disabled and just heard from friends that i can use BBM via wifi connections - any ideas why its not working?

BBM works through RIM if bb features are disabled you are out of luck
