So this morning I was late for work because somehow my blackberry (which I use as my alarm) set itself an hour behind. Like right now it's 10:33 and the phone says 9:33. Has anyone else had this happen to them? Why did it do this?
Go to Options > Date/Time. What's the Time Zone set to?

I remeber having this problem with my 8220 flip for about a week on and off, it went away after a bit and i never really know what fixed it but you can try the things i did, batt pull, resetting everything to confim the time, and/or upgrading the software
I had this problem, I put the timezone -4, but after a couple of hours it change my time.. annoying..
I had to take an hour from my time zone, it seems its alright...
Question, I put the source of my time to Network, but my bb wont sync to my networks time, why?
Also check the synchronize options in Desktop Manager. Some people run into this time switch problem if they have their PC set to a different time zone and have "Update device date and time" in the Synchronize options checked. Doesn't sound like that's the issue in this case, but something to consider.

but I think you have to synch it to the network, it doesn't do it automatically.
