First of all, im new to this forum and new to the blackberry world.

Ill Try to give much info i have so all of you can help me about all this big issue:

I have an pop e-mail acount, and dont have any enterprise bb plan.

Now the big Problem:

- When BB syncs with e-mail server and downloads the e-mails, they disappear from the webmail, so when i try to download them to entourage, i have 0 e-mails.

- I called my mobile provider and explained the situation, they said that the only solution is to configure entourage to leave copy on the webmail.

The thing is: this doesnt help me at all, because if i stay one day in front of my laptop (and dont use bb) i have to delete ALL the e-mails on the blackberry...

I Receive more than 400 e-mails per day, so imagine all the work i have if i dont need to use BB for more than 3 / 4 Days!

Is there any way to:

- If i use BB - Leave a copy on server (so i can organize my e-mail on entourage)
- If i use Entourage - Dont leave a copy on BB (i dont need to read the emails all over again)

Please help-me making my work more efficient ;)

You need to have "Leave mail on server" checked. No other way to do it AFAIK
