Question A2DP problem?

Alright so I have a motorola H15 headset that does support A2DP because i used it on my razr2 v9 a couple months ago, the thing is that when i pair this with my berry it works fine for calls and such but when I try to play a song while paired and then open the menu and chose activate handset it plays from the front speaker on the phone so its either that or through the better speakerphone speakers but I dont see any option for bluetooth? I dont see any reason for it to not work?
I believe that my h15 would be considerd mono but that shouldn't matter right if it worked with a razr?
