Angry LED notification not working anymore!!!!

Please Login to Remove!

Hi All, I just joined today...

Story is – I wanted to extend my ringing time to max 25 sec before the caller hits my voice mail. My provider t-mobile sent me this long combination to key in….done that..fine…ringing time extended...Great.

A day later I noticed my LED notification stopped working. No more red lights to alert incoming SMS/emails/missed calls. I checked profile, bedtime mode and did the removing/replacing battery trick. Still no use. Can someone please help? I love this function.

(please don't double-post your questions in various sections of this forum, one is enough)

hmmm... the two issues should not be related.

Do this: Go set the profile to NOT use the LED notification for the SMS/emails/missed call. Disable that, and SAVE.

Now return to the profile again re-enable it.

At this point I might be suspicious of a problem with the led. I'm pretty sure BerryBuzz has a free trail period. Download that and see if you can test the led using their app.

Do you know which of the following is the correct version for BB curve?

"Download BerryBuzz 2.0.64 (Free 7 day trial, OS 4.2.1 and higher)"
"Download BerryBuzz 2.0.64 (Free 7 day trial, OS 4.7 and higher)" from BerryBuzz

Download BerryBuzz 2.0.64 (Free 7 day trial, OS 4.2.1 and higher), that's what you want if you're using the 8900.

Thank. The LED is working fine now that I have downloaded this BerryBuzz. The LED has passed the test. But how can I get the BB to work without this BerryBuzz?
