Default Can't seem to silence a particular user

Please Login to Remove!

I have a particular message I get (I believe it is a MMS message). I want my phone to never ever ever alert me to message from this person, so I saved them to my address book, configured a custom profile just for them with all the sounds (sms/phone/mms/etc) set to nothing.

The one weird thing I notice, it always says "Class: Personal" in the header, which I don't recall seeing for any other messages.

However I still get alerts. Any thoughts what I'm doing wrong?

Just to confirm,it is an MMS. If I forward it as an e-mail to myself, it comes up showing it was an MMS.

(It's an automated message I only want to deal with it when I'm at my PC, I don't want to see it on my blackberry)

Well, I got this to work by setting up a filter on the tmobile site. It seems the message was being sent to my @tmomail.com address so this was their solution - seems to work too.
