I'm trying to send a media file from my computer to my blackberry but it says that my phone is lacking the necessary services. However, I've already connected the two devices, inputed the passkeys, enabled the connection, etc. Why won't the bluetooth work?!

navigate to media - menu
on the pc click send
as you do this
on the BB menu press enter (or trackball) on RECEIVE USING BLUETOOTH.
this should then accept the file.
