Just noticed a 1 with a small round circle next to it on my curve quite near to the battery power indicator icon. Never ever seen this before, anyone know what this means?

does it look like a globe?
its either browser message or wap push message.
check those folders.

Checked these folders and they were empty. Did a battery pull and it made a ring tone I have never heard before and the 1 and the globe are up again but theres nothing in these folders. The red light is flashing also to indicate a message but cant find it???

Do you use Blackberry App World? If so, that indicator may be the one that tells you that an update for one of the apps you downloaded is available. Check either app world or your general messages folder.
