Please Login to Remove!

i've been trying for some time now to pull most of the pictures off my phone and leave them on my computer, but keep running into a problem with the Roxio media sync software. i keep getting the following error message, regardless of how many times i've pulled the battery on my phone or reinstalled the software:

Quote:
Runtime Error!

Program C:\Program Files\Roxio\Media Manager\mediamanager9.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.
help.... please.

I used to have similar issues until I upgraded to Desktop Manager v. 5.0, with a clean install. Now everything works as it should (including Roxio), when moving pics/videos from my BB to the computer.
