I had some issues with my BIS account not working, the upshot of which was on the tech-guy's advice I deleted my service books (except the two provisioning ones).
Since everything came back online (they had to kill my BIS account and reactivate it) I've had "Uncaught exception: java.lang.NullPointerException" on every soft reset. I tried deleting all my 3rd party apps, and it made no difference. So I reinstalled most of them. Still no difference (except when there were no 3rd party apps, the error message had a full window, and when the apps were reinstalled, the top of the window was truncated).
Is there a way to work out what the problem might be? I don't want to do a full reset as I am away from any PCs at the moment.
