Welcome to the forums.

If the device was reported stolen, then you won't have any luck. It's possible the device is locked to BMobile. I would recommend trying to locate the owner of the device and return it to them.

The phone is locked to TMobile. To use another company's (ATT) simcard, the phone needs to be unlocked. I am assuming the device was not stolen (and not reported stolen).
