Hello everyone. I just recently replaced one of my user's 8700s with an 8900. Evidently she just responded to an html email and the response was filled with ??'s where the spaces should be. The email looks fine on her BlackBerry and in Outlook, but the recipient's does not. Does anyone know what could be causing this - or if this is not even BlackBerry related? It's only happened once, but the email was fairly sensitive and I guess she thought she looked like a jerk because of it. I just want to ensure it doesn't happen again. Any insight is greatly appreciated.
