Default Really long timer after reboot

Please Login to Remove!

I am getting a really long spinning timer after rebooting my phone, meaning the phone reboots and the timer will just sit there and spin for another 10-15 minutes. I'm almost conviced it's trying to load a program or something is trying to load. Has anyone else had this problem or is it a common thing for the 8900?

Where, Score, Pandora, OpenTable, WordPress, GMail, Google Maps, Google Voice (not logged in), Amazon, WeatherBug, Shazam, Facebook, Viigo News, Flickr, Time, SI. I know its one of these trying to pull when it gets a signal, when there's no data, the timer doesn't happen.
