well basicly im getting my blackberry 8900 unblocked from vodaphone (UK) To o2 (uk) but i want the 02 os how would i do this could someone plz help me and if this is possable will i have the 02 internet browser insted of the vodadephone pne

You can load the O2 OS onto your device by simply removing the vendor.xml file. Download the O2 OS to your PC and follow these steps:

If O2 sells the 8900 you should get their service books. You will still show the Voda startup screen.

if its unblocked before i change my os will it mean i have to get it unblcoked again?

No, once it's unlocked it is always unlocked.
