Dear BB community, kindly help me restore my Blackberry 8900 to normal. I have made a hard reboot (pulled the battery out for a couple of mins) and after I reinserted the battery the phone does not boot completely - I get a blank screen with a T-Mobile logo and that's it, it just sits at that position for hours, at some point I pressed the shut down button and it shut down. After I turned it on again it lost an e-mail icon and profiles icon, also I can not type in the phone number I want to call, but can call somebody from my contacts.

Any ideas?

If you are using a non-T-Mobile theme you might try switching to regular theme and then doing battery pull to see if that resolves the issue.

Glad that worked for you! You can switch to whatever theme you want after the hard reboot but always remember to change to stock theme before next hard reset next time.
