Default Can't format media card?

Please Login to Remove!
I can't format my media card and it does not work.

What do I do, I've never had this problem before.

Well I actually had the card for a while and its worked in every other phone i've had (including )

But i went out and bought a new card anyway ($13 for a 4GB at Target...great deal!)

So it all works now!
