Default New Blackberry 8900 no synching

Please Login to Remove!

i have just transferred my old blackberry on to my new blackberry by using Desktop manager but it is not synching with my outlook or and can not use my email, can anyone help

Is this on a BES (corporate enterprise server) or a personal account?

If on a personal account, you must log into the O2 BIS web site and change the PIN/IMEI to match the new 8900.

If you meant BES, you have to contact the BES Admin at your company.
