i ve install os before but im having issue with 5.0.0238 ive deleted vendor xml ,click on loader.exe an an all im getting is my app theme an when open wit DM it shw need os but when i click next it say your bb has new os install....... never had any problem b4 untill this os any help is welcome

First off, please try to use full complete works when typing questions asking for help in a forum like this.

Try removing all other OS files from your PC.
Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs.

my bad........well i upgraded to 4.6.1.298 with no hassle an i do remove the os when im done upgrading. ill try again today installing 5.xx.238........maybe i got a bad file? well thanks for the help
