Default Disappearing Text Messages

Please Login to Remove!

My Pearl just took a dive after 2 years (my 2nd one)..My main gripe with it was (from day 1) that text messages would just disappear sometimes..I understand it was probably with the amount of memory..

My point (and question) is that I was far too lazy to deal with the matter and I did a lot of hard resets over the past few years..

Well, I was hoping to hold out for the Palm Pre via Verizon as they start in Jan, but I ended up at the store the other day and got a Samsung Rogue that I have been sort of having buyers regret and I am thinking of going and getting the Curve..

Does anyone here have the problem with their messages disappearing? I like the smaller blackberry, what I would like is Live Tv, texting, GPS directional navigation etc..

Is the Curve 8900 my answer?

Thanks in advance to anyone to takes on this..

The 8900 does have more memory.

I know, but this happened DAY 1 with the Pearl and all I got was a "this is a RIM issue that would be corrected"
