i just got my 8900, bought it off of ebay. it was brand new but when i opened it th ebattery was already inside the phone. when i put my sim card in it wasn't turning on. so i plugged it in. when i plugged it in the red light came up for a few seconds and then the screen showed a batter symbol with a lightning going across it. its been like this for about 3 hours now and it still wont turn on. i'm beginning to get worried. this is my first blackberry so i'm a complete noob. do you guys know whats wrong? or what i can do to get it to turn on?

Remove the battery for 30 seconds and see if it boots up.
