Default Anyway to really reset the data and call timer in the phone?

Please Login to Remove!

Is there a way to really reset the call and data timer back to zero in the status page when u press BUYR? Hope that some expert here is willing to teach me. Thank you.

So far we tried everything flashing, erasing but nothing helps. See if anyone have any solution for this

In another post you state that you are a repair shop, having problems.

Are you going to attach a note to each "repaired" BlackBerry that you have reset the counters?

Thank for your reply. Some of our customers wanna refresh their phone so they ask if its possible to do it. But I think maybe no one seem to know how to do it.
