Hi, I've just set up a BIS account. I'm only able to access my BIS account via my device, not from my computer, and my issues are as follows:

1. I want to set up a pop email account, but when I set up a new email address it sets up as IMAP by default, and I can't find any way of selecting an option for pop email.
2. When I try to connect to the Facebook or Google Sync apps I get a network connection error.

I'm new to all this and nervous of playing around with my settings, so an "idiots guide" to help with my issues would be much appreciated!
