I've just done the recent OS upgrade and something funny has happened:

Whenever I receive a new email in my gmail account, it appears twice in the main message box.

However, when I check on the specific inbox for that particular gmail account, the message is listed once.

Any thoughts?

EDIT: I am thinking that something is screwed up on the configuration of the messages folder. How do I wipe it and start over without having to wipe the whole unit?

EDIT2: it's also doing it with my hotamil account.
