There's an option in BB Desktop Mgr (DM) for it to autosynch with several programs including Outlook everytime you connect. It'll synch both ways. Very easy once you tell DM to do it. Synchs the calendar, contacts, memo, maybe tasks too (I don't use that).

To get wireless calendar sync, you will need to be on a corporate BES.

If that is not possible, you can use Google Calendar and Google sync to sync with Outlook on your PC and with the BB calendar function.

I had a lot of problems using Google Calendar, Google sync and Outlook. Many duplicated dates, it was a big pain. If you rely on Outlook, avoid issues and don't use Google sync and Google calendar.
