I have my 8900 on contract. I dont pay the extra £5 for email. BUt i still get internet.
Anyway today i downloaded Facebook and Messenger from the blackberry site.
And when i try and log on it says Data Services Unavailable.
I have Re downloaded them both incase i made a mistake. But it still wont work.

Anyone know how to fix it?

You need the BlackBerry Data Plan for those applications.
Pay the extra money.

Shall i call customer services or go into a store to do that?

You need the blackberry email booster to get Blackberry services.
You then need the internet you have to use the browser and apps.
i.e. the email booster gets you the service, the web n'walk gets you the data.
