Default Install Firmware from another Provider?

My Carrier: Rogers
Device: 8900
Environment: BES Express 5.0.1

I need to install Device Software 5.0 in order to sync my Public Folders Wirelessly.

Rogers does not have 5.0 firmware update. I however found it for the 8900 on Vodaphone UK downloads.

Any harm in loading this?

Works great.

Public Folders are syncing over the air now

Now i need 5.0 for my 8800 :(
