Hello everyone,

Basically I need to wipe the handheld, after reading a number of posts they all point to the general options in order for the wipe device option to become avaliable.

I have called vodafone and they have suggested a hard reboot, this has been done but still no luck. Has any one got any ideas.

I just need to wipe the hand held so I can re-register it on the BES.
