Default Trouble getting mail in France

Please Login to Remove!

My boss is in France (vacation) and can't receive email. He's with Tmobile-US and signed up for the International BB plan. He can make and receive calls, but no BB BIS email. I had him do a battery pull and that didn't help. Not sure what to have him do. He's not too savvy when it comes to this stuff. Any thoughts? Mine worked fine when I was over there last year.

Are you using BES or BIS?

Have him resend the service books.

using BIS. Resend service books...I'll try to have him do that. Keep in mind, 99.999% of the time he's in the US. Only in France on vacation.
