Default Vioce Dialing & Music Player in 5.0

Please Login to Remove!

My apologies if this has been asked previously, but I could not find any specific resoultion to the issue of voice dialing being invoked while listening to the Music Player.

I just upgraded my 8900 to 5.0.0.509 last week & I am getting "say a command" after listening to some music on my BB Premium MultiMedia Headset, resulting in a battery pull becoming necessary. This happened the first time after about 70 minutes of listening, then again today after about 20 minutes. I have never had this problem until the upgrade; any ideas about what can I do to resolve the issue?
