Now i am experiencing problem with bluetooth. Not able to connect with any device:( :(

What error message do you get?

What OS on the BB?

the error msg on the other device is, make sure the device you are connecting with has its bluetooth on and is within the range. I currently have v4.6.1.310 (platform 4.2.0.127).

Do i need to upgrade? and how? thanks!

yes! both devices are in pairing mode...

Go to the settings and fix things.

Discoverable , services ... etc

and if you want to send files i believe that the devices should not be connected.. just added eachother
