Default 8900 will not let me view media

Please Login to Remove!

Hi there people!

One of my lovely users has a 8900 and I have installed Blackberry Manager for him on his XP PC. We are using BES 5.0. He needs the Blackberry Manager program (off the CD it came with) so he can take off the pictures he has taken with the camera. Unfortunatly they are work related so I cant tell him to do-one...

When I fire up the media manager thing, or what is prerry much Roxio for Blackerry (LOL) it see's the Device's memory but not the memory card. I can see the pcitures on the Blackberry itself. I took and saved a picture to the device and can see that in the Blackberry Manager program.

How do I get it to view files that are on the memory card? Windows doesn't seem to see the card as a normaly "memory stick" either.

Does anyone have any idea's? Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hi, when you plug the BB to the PC a dialog box usually appears, just say 'yes' to the question (activate the mass storage mode).

If it don't ask, probably was setted 'no' by default. Change it in Options - Memory Menu
