I encountered a problem with my Blackberry Curve 8900 on Wednesday night and was wondering if anyone could help me out

I went to plug my blackberry 8900 into my PC to upload some pics and documents onto my computer. When I did, I needed to upgrade to desktop manager to the latest version (5.0.1 or something like that). Once I did that and it installed on my phone, ALL my information was deleted and set back to factory settings like when I had just bought the phone.

I did not back up many of my pictures/files and was wondering if there is a way to set the "clock" back on the device similiar to setting a computers "clock" back or if there is a program that can retrieve things that were deleted.

Please let me know,

Thanks
