Default my 8900 cuve wont connect to 02 active internet

Please Login to Remove!

every time i go on to it it comes up with unable to connect to the internet please try again later if the problem persists pleas contact you service provider



please help me iv try every thing they dont know what they doing in the o2 shop please helpppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp

You need to be specific about what you are using, doing, and seeing.

But, do you have a blackberry data plan, that is the data service specific for blackberrys?

you need a blackberry bolt-on from O2, or their specific blackberry simplicity, or blackberry web and text payg tariff.

sorry for got to say its on o2 pay and go when i fist got it worked fine and now its stop working
