Hotmail set up in BB 8900

Can anyone help me on this problem or its Hotmail server problem?

Yesterday, i deleted my Hotmail set up in my BB and then try to re-set it up again. I cannot seems to get it done eventhough the email set up is so simple.
When i tried to set up/add new email (Hotmail), after keying in the email id and password, i get the message "! Update Failed"

Tried again and again, same message!

I am on OS 5.0.0.822 (East Asia) on DiGi network in Malaysia.

Anyone?
