My blackberry phone is not working the keyboard also is not working anymore. I try to put off the battery and put in again and it also the same its not working. I try also the hard reset in 3 days nothings change. Could anyone help me please ?

Did you get it wet? Drop it?

Was the battery charged when it quit on you, or have you possibly the battery deplete fully?

If you have a micro SD card installed, you should try removing it and then do another hard reset. Other than that, you need to narrow the problem down to either the device or the battery.

A little suspicious, found the phone???

I don't get it wet and drop it. Its starts it when my cousin play games on my phone and after the phone get hang and the keyboard are not functioning. I already get off the Micro SD card from my phone also the same thing happens. What should I do ? Put off the battery or until the battery get empty ?

Ok, here's what I understand.

Your cousin was using the blackberry and it locked up. It was unresponsive.

You did a battery pull and the device is not working.

You've tried removing micro SD.

The above sum it up?

Ok. When it was unresponsive after the cousin was using it, what did you see? Was the game or whatever displayed? An error message? What?

After you pulled the battery, what did you see? Did it boot up but with unresponsive keyboard? Error message?

After my cousin use it I remove the battery at it boot successfully the keyboard is well functioning but after few days it hang again the keyboard are not functioning only the trackball is working their is no error message display it boot successfully

Alright. One more question I think. Does the battery pull fix it, at least for a while, and you are able to use it until it hangs and the keyboard again becomes unresponsive? Or is the keyboard not responding at all now, not even after a battery pull?

I really suspect moisture but you say no. If it is moisture, then it's too late now.

If it is software corruption, you can try wiping with JL_CMDER and the reinstalling the device software.

See blackberryfaq.com and the two articles on using JL_CMDER. Wipe the device. Then resinstall the device software.
