In Desperate Need!!

Morning all,

Im new to this site but have been given a Blackberry 8900. I downloaded the Desktop Manager and installed the latest OS but the phone gets stuck at the following point.
'this handheld device includes software that is proprietary and confidential to research in motion limited ("RIM") and/or its affiliates and suppliers etc.
I can't scroll down to select ok?
What can i do??:x

Just hit the return key as that does exactly the same as clicking on accept or ok.

i tried that to but still won't get passed this!

I have tried everything except from throwing it at a wall!!!
