Unhappy Usb Error -?-

hey guys,
every time i connect my phone (thru USB) to computer or simply charging it got ERROR sign on the screen.. any ideas why?

Error sign on the BB? If so it may need a new battery. does it charge?

yes it's charging perfectly, battery is in good condition..
