I doubt the new Bolds have even met the AT&T box yet. I bet they have not be shipped in any carrier box yet.
This will be interesting but, the auction is likely to just evaporate
Until the bold is seen in the official ATT box, it is not happening!

Good luck to all who try. My luck on Ebay with anyone under 5 feedbacks have always turned out badly. I guess if you are have good luck in gambling, try it. Otherwise wait out AT&T, T-mo, or Verizon.
