Does anyone know whether the "IPhone" version of Google Reader will work on the Blackberry Bold? In the announcement on the Google Reader Blog, they state:


Will the Blackberry Bold have an "advanced browser"? If not, what, other than IPhone does?

I am a huge Google Reader user, and would love the features with this version. I have used it before on the IPhone and it is much better than the traditional Google Reader Mobile site.

The 4.6 browser is much more advanced and supports many of the same features. However I am sure google will have a BB specific app available.

I have always wondered why they don't already have.a BB app for Google Reader, since they have a gmail app. I am surprised that there are not any more detailed reviews of the browser available yet. There can't be that many more changes planned. The lack of info and screenshots on blackberrybold.com is starting to make me worry that it will be a disappointment.

I hope this is the case. For me, the Google Reader app on the iPhone is one of the best handset reader experiences I have had..and they keep updating/improving it as well. One of my favorite features is the ability to feed/share articles from Google Reader to a couple of my websites as well as Twitter.
